Lift and Stage Tile
Serviceable concrete tile was carefully lifted and organized for reuse.
This Phoenix home received a complete tile lift and reset so the waterproofing layer beneath the existing concrete tile could be renewed. These original project photos document Westlake TileSeal HT installation, organized tile staging and the finished roof.

On a concrete tile roof, the underlayment is the primary water-shedding layer. For this Phoenix project, serviceable tile was carefully lifted and staged while Westlake TileSeal HT was installed across the prepared roof planes.
The concrete tile was then reset to preserve the home’s established appearance. The photos below show the system beneath the tile and the clean, completed roof.

Serviceable concrete tile was carefully lifted and organized for reuse.
The exposed roof surface was evaluated and prepared for the renewed system.
Westlake TileSeal HT was installed with attention to transitions and penetrations.
Tile was reset and the completed roof reviewed for a clean, consistent result.
The progress and completion photos document two important parts of this Phoenix project: renewing the waterproofing layer below the tile and restoring the final roof appearance after serviceable concrete tiles were reset.
The underlayment beneath the tile is the primary water-shedding layer. A complete assessment considers both the visible roof covering and the materials below it.
A lift-and-reset approach allows serviceable tile to be reused while the aging waterproofing layer beneath it is renewed.
