Renewing the waterproofing system beneath the tile
On a concrete tile roof, the underlayment beneath the tile is the primary water-shedding layer. For this Gilbert project, the existing tile was carefully lifted and staged while the roof surface received new underlayment. The serviceable tile was then reset to preserve the home’s established appearance.
